Assisted client to resolve disputes with project design team and contractor. Took major role in re-organizing project, documentation and gained approval from Condo Board. Provided construction management. Coordinated work between general contractor and individual vendors and subs hired directly by client. Established and managed transition of information from designer to contractor. Coordinated parties to compete gut rehab of 2,400 SF Loft space. Scope of work included: leveling and securing sub floor system, wood floor, 3 baths, powder room, open kitchen/dining/family area, new appliances, pantries, WIC, Laundry Room, Media Room, custom vanities.
