Assisted client in search of residence, developed construction budget. Organized and managed design and construction teams to complete gut rehab of 2,600 SF. of pre-war apartment. Took major role in planning, design and construction supervision. Coordinated approval by Coop Board. Scope included herring bone wood floors, Marvin windows, thru-wall split HVAC, cherry doors, all stone bathrooms and powder room, kitchen, custom vanities, radiator covers, coffered ceiling, heated floors. LED light fixtures, new appliances, stacked washer/dryer external exhaust, custom wall unit. Security, audio-video. Power upgrade.
