Responded to owners' request for restoration of water damaged residence. Coordinated entire project from insurance claim/settlement to final punch list completion. Set up project schedule, developed budget, contacted vendors and subs. Established remediation process/tests, obtained reports. Monitored moisture content. Project scope included moving out, staging of work, complete demolition affected areas down to concrete slab. Dismantle of kitchen cabs, plumbing/electrical disconnects, removal/re-build wood floor, repair radiant heat tubing, removal/re-install steel/glass partitions, counter top/back splash work, plaster, paint, AV, lighting, mill work.
