Coordinated gut rehab of existing 5,600 SF loft space occupied by gym on behalf of owner. Interfaced with architect, engineer. Selected general contractor, negotiated contract and costs, supervised construction. Reviewed change orders, RFI, payment applications. Scope included extensive sub floor repair and leveling entire area. New elevator frames re-positioned to meet new finished floor. New Landmarks approved wood windows. (3) bathrooms, kitchenette, solid 8-foot wood doors, 5" wide white oak rift/quarter ​​sawn mixed, split HVAC, special lighting, power upgrade, custom mill work.
